Vaccination Project

Aims of the Service

• Increase vaccine confidence and uptake in Asian, Black African and Black Caribbean communities.
• Equip staff and community leaders with the knowledge and skills to effectively deliver vaccine-related information.
• Provide vaccinations for eligible members of the public or sign post them to vaccination sites.
• Support community events at community centres and churches to promote vaccine awareness and offer vaccination opportunities.

Family Health Hour

Healthy Kids, Healthy Families

Our Family Health Hour campaign will engage young people, parents, and carers across South London, through a range of community outreach events.

Our events create a culturally safe space where young people and families can learn, ask questions, and directly engage with NHS vaccination teams, the programme seeks to reduce barriers, address concerns, and improve health outcomes.
