Objectives

Participants will be able to:

  • Identify the difference between mental health vs poor mental health.

  • Understand and identify common mental health disorders symptoms and timescale.

  • Acknowledge support systems (signposting, where to go – personal and external).

  • Speak about what their experience was if they accessed the support and what stopped them from continuing.

  • Understand the experience of mental health now.

  • Identify and support others experiencing mental health issues.

  • Use therapeutic tools and techniques to maintain mental health.
