We all need support in different ways and at different stages in our lives and may need to speak with someone who listens and understands to our difficult circumstances.

We understand the importance of how improving our emotional and mental health wellbeing can have a positive impact in every area of life and would like to help you overcome any challenges in your life.

We can provide a safe and supportive environment to listen and understand in a non-judgmental and empathetic way for you to express yourself and seek guidance and compassion.

Book an appointment with us today for wellbeing support. We are here to help people 18 years old and over with:

  • Advice and Guidance: physical wellbeing, youth offending/crime reduction, Housing, social activities and education/employability
  • Emotional and mental health support
  • Wellbeing workshops

What is emotional and mental health support?
Emotional and mental health support is to provide a safe space where you feel supported, listened to and accepted for expressing yourself. Alongside, encouraging self – confidence to find your own solutions.

How many sessions do you offer for 1:1 support and is there a fee?
The 1:1 sessions are free, take place weekly and we offer a maximum of 6 sessions.

Can you help me with advice and guidance about how to make changes in my life?
We can offer advice and guidance in different areas in your life, such as if you are thinking about a career change, thinking about further education or want to reduce social isolation and not sure where to start? We can together look at options and create a plan to make the positive changes meanwhile making you feel empowered to resolve these issues.

How can I self-refer or make a referral?
We take self-referrals or referrals from external organisations – the referral forms on the page below.

What are the wellbeing workshops and how can I book?
