What we do
The Croydon Safer Neighbourhood Board provides an important link between Croydon’s communities, the Metropolitan Police and local partners.
Our work includes:
Giving residents a voice on local policing and community safety.
Discussing community concerns and emerging safety issues.
Reviewing local policing priorities and performance.
Encouraging stronger relationships between the police and Croydon’s diverse communities.
Supporting community-led projects that help prevent crime and improve safety.
Promoting openness, accountability and community involvement.
The Board aims to ensure that the experiences and concerns of communities from across Croydon are heard and considered.
How you can get involved
Croydon residents, community groups and local organisations are encouraged to get involved.
You can:
Attend one of our public meetings.
Raise a community safety concern.
Share your experience of policing in Croydon.
Represent your neighbourhood or community organisation.
Take part in consultations and community discussions.
Find out about opportunities to apply for community safety funding.
