One Croydon Community Hubs are located in existing Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) venues that are already known to residents and are open on a set day and time.
Community Hub’s aim to complement the already existing assets in the community, inviting local people and practitioners to build relationships and work closer together.
Whether residents are new or fairly familiar to the area Community Hub’s champion the local people and place as a great place to live.
Hub’s also perform roles such as signposting and connecting to activities, specialist VCS services as well as Health and Social Care teams.
Community Hub’s represent the essential work that has been taking place in local community organisations, churches and beyond for many years.
We are working to support the fantastic work of Croydon’s charities and faith groups through One Croydon Community Hubs in each of the six Local Community Partnership localities.
