What is the Trailblazers Project?
The Trailblazers Project supports residents of Croydon who have been out of work and are considering their next steps. It offers time-bound, personalised support to help people overcome barriers, build confidence, and move forward. Whether that means gaining new skills, accessing careers advice, starting to volunteer or preparing for employment. We provide holistic guidance to help individuals progress towards sustainable, realistic long-term goals.
How can we support you?
We can provide a wide range of support like Skills Development, Careers Advice, Volunteering Support, Employment Preparation, Confidence Building, Holistic Community Support and many more.
Who is this service for?
- Of working age (18+)
- Lives in Croydon
- Currently not receiving support from Job Centre
- Has Right to Work in the UK
